Parish Bereavement Group

Although grieving is a natural process that can be helped by sympathy and understanding of family and friends, sometimes a person may need support to work through it in a positive way. It is quite normal for someone who has been bereaved to feel anger, guilt, fear and depression, as well as pain and loss.

We offer a listening ear to those who have been bereaved. We aim to listen with understanding, to accept those suffering loss as they are and support them through the grieving process.

We meet, as a group, once a month on a Saturday in the church hall for a coffee and a chat. Whether you are recently bereaved or you experienced loss some time ago, you are very welcome to come along.
